Since 1992, Daniel Psaila has assisted companies operating in the UK, Ireland and Sweden to achieve and maintain UKAS Accredited ISO Registrations in highly competitive industries such as: manufacturing, water treatment, water hygiene, mechanical services, security services, policing services, general and specialist construction, electrical installation, warehousing, aluminium stockholders, hydrocarbon oils (road fuels), paving bitumen, etc.
Some of the services Daniel has provided to clients using ‘tried and tested’ methods include the following.
Fabrication of PVCu Windows and Doors
In 2018, we assisted a Midlands-based Company to “Transition” to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Assurance) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), followed by achieving UKAS Registration to ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety).
We are retained as “caretakers” and internal auditors of the systems on an ongoing basis since 2018 and the Company has successfully passed external UKAS Assessments every year.
The ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems and Certifications have contributed to the Company’s success and growth, achieving increased profits over a five-year period from circa. £25k to £1.2m per annum.
The Company has been awarded numerous accolades in that time, including the King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity in 2023.
Water Treatment Services
We assisted a Surrey-based Company to “Transition” to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Assurance) in 2017 and ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) in 2018, followed by “Migration” from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety) in 2021.
We are retained as “caretakers” and internal auditors of the systems on an ongoing basis since 2011 and the Company has successfully passed external UKAS Assessments every year.
The Company also maintain other Certifications such as e.g. SSIP, Achilles, Legionella Control Association, etc.
Mechanical Services and Water Hygiene Services
We assisted a London-based Company to achieve Registration to BS 5750 in 1994, followed by “Transition” to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Assurance) in 2017.
We are retained as “caretakers” and internal auditors of the systems on an ongoing basis since 1993 and the Company has successfully passed external UKAS Assessments every year.
The Company also maintain other Certifications such as e.g. Safecontractor, CHAS, Legionella Control Association, etc.
Policing Services
We assisted a London-based Company to achieve Registration to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Assurance) in 2020.
We are retained as “caretakers” and internal auditors of the systems on an ongoing basis since 2020 and the Company has successfully passed external UKAS Assessments every year.
The whole ISO 9001:2015 consultancy project – i.e. documentation, implementation, internal auditing, management review and external UKAS Assessment – was delivered Remotely via Skype video sessions during the Covid-19 period.
Construction of New Steel Framed 3 Storey Office Accommodation Structure
Acting as H&S / CDM Consultant we assisted an Essex-based Company, who were acting as Client / Principal Designer / Principal Contractor under the CDM:2015 Regulations for the first time, to complete a HSE Notifiable (F10) £3m construction project between 2019 and 2024.
Our services included e.g. complete set-up of the construction site, pre-construction information (PCI), construction phase plans (CPP), demolition plan, site fire safety plan, contractor monitoring, site health and safety inductions, facilitating building control approvals, final health and safety inspections, operation and maintenance manual (O&MM), health and safety file (HSF), etc.
The construction project was completed with zero accidents recorded.
